How long is shipping and handling ?
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for order processing and 2-4 business days for delivery. Weekends and holidays are not included. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Can I make changes to my order ?
Orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
May I return my order ?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within 3 DAYS within you receiving your order. No refund will be issued if the Label has been broken. Items that have been used, played with, installed, cut, dyed, bleached or damaged in any way WILL NOT be refunded. Absolutely NO EXCHANGES.
